This week, we were excited to learn that Nextpoint was featured in Built In Chicago’s list of 50 Best Small Companies to Work For in 2023. Built In is a leading resource for insights on Chicago’s tech sphere. Each year, they compile data on salary, benefits and culture to determine the best tech companies to work for in Chicago. Since 2001, we’ve strived to create a high-performance environment that promotes a healthy work-life balance and fosters close team relationships as well as individual growth. This recent recognition by Built In Chicago highlights that we are succeeding in our goal.

We’re also dedicated to giving back to our community. As devoted advocates for due legal process and justice, we donate a portion of our profits every year to the Human Rights Watch organization. We also volunteer with Chicago nonprofits like Share Our Spare, Shoes that Fit, Cobra 31 Foundation, and Lemonade Brigade.
