Nextpoint Earns Amazon Advanced Technology Partners Certification, Validating Industry-leading Cloud Computing Technology

Nextpoint, Inc., the nation’s leading provider of cloud-based regulatory, compliance, and litigation software, is proud to become the first eDiscovery software vendor accepted into the Amazon Advanced Technology Partners program. The Advanced Technology Partners are commercial software and Internet service companies that are certified to have solutions that take full advantage of the Amazon Web Services platform.

Recognizing the inherent advantages of cloud computing early on, Nextpoint was the first litigation software provider to adopt the AWS cloud platform in 2007.

Since that time, Nextpoint has developed all of its data archiving, eDiscovery, and trial services applications as native, cloud-based services on the Amazon Web Services platform. In 2010, AWS produced a case study highlighting Nextpoint’s innovative use of the AWS cloud infrastructure.

Nextpoint is proud to become the first eDiscovery software vendor accepted into the Amazon Advanced Technology Partners program.

Nextpoint has continued to innovate as a leader in cloud computing, taking advantage of AWS’s infinite scalability, flexibility, and security features to build an end-to-end litigation services solution. In order to earn the Amazon APN Technology Partner Certification, Nextpoint had to demonstrate that its software and services are making use of the inherent advantages and advanced technology services available through the Amazon Web Service (AWS) platform.

As an Advanced Technology Partner, Nextpoint now has access to additional tools, resources, training, and support to foster even more innovation on its cloud-based litigation services.

By standardizing on AWS’ cloud platform, Nextpoint services deliver exponentially faster processing, practically infinite storage capacity, industry-standard security, and faster updates and enhancements than traditional, locally installed litigation technology.

“Nextpoint recognized the benefits of cloud computing a long time ago,” says Ben Wolf, VP of Research and Development says Nextpoint. “We’re proud to have achieved this certification, which is a great validation and endorsement of our existing technology, but also demonstrates our commitment to continually enhance and evolve to take full advantage of the AWS cloud platform.”

More information about Nextpoint and the AWS Advanced Technology Program is available on the Amazon Web Services site.
