This week, we launched exciting new updates to enhance grid view search results and improve the user management platform. See below for a preview of what’s included in this release.
Grid View Filters
You can now use filters to refine and narrow your search results while in grid view mode. For example, in the image below, a user searched for the word “distribution,” then narrowed down the results to only show documents with “cost” in the title. Then, they filtered it to only show authors named “Anna.”
Now, all your results are on one page – keep scrolling as much as you need. Select all the documents in your search or the filtered down set to perform bulk actions.
You can also temporarily modify your saved grid view templates to match your current needs by unchecking and hiding fields and reordering and resizing columns. When you end your session, the template will revert back to its original version.
User Management Updates
We improved the account dashboard so that admins have more information and control over their users’ licenses. Now, you can view the number of projects users are working on and easily make adjustments to their license type.
On the User Management tab, you’ll find a count of the total number of licenses you’re using and how many are still available. These numbers change in real time as you make adjustments to your account, and you’ll receive an immediate notification if you exceed your available licenses.
We also included a metric that shows cost per user, which makes it easier to pass eDiscovery software costs through to clients ethically and accurately.
*This update is only available to all-access accounts.
