Best for complex or large data sets in pleadings (pre-discovery) stage.

• Running search terms and parameters against a voluminous dataset prior to importing into Nextpoint will isolate the most potentially relevant data set and identify potentially privileged documents.
• On average, EDA typically culls initial data size by 50-70%
• Please note that standard EDA projects (under 500 GB) typically incur about 10 hours of Data Strategy time which is included in your monthly Enterprise subscription. Any non-standard projects above 10 hours will be assessed and quoted in a custom Statement of Work.
