Nextpoint Introduces New Customizable Review Features on Discovery Cloud Platform

Latest release of Nextpoint's Discovery Cloud puts more functionality in the reviewers' hands

Nextpoint, Inc., the nation's leading provider of cloud-based regulatory, compliance, and litigation software, has introduced a major set of enhancements for customizable document coding and review across its e-discovery and trial presentation platforms. These new enhancements make advanced redaction, custom coding, and customizable document views available in a secure, cloud-based document review platform.

With the new functionality, users have the ability to create customized stamps and codes to accurately identify documents, making the process of producing large volumes of digital evidence for litigation even easier and more efficient. Users can also quickly view large collections of documents using Nextpoint's customizable Grid View, available in both the Discovery Cloud and Trial Cloud products. As a cloud-based platform, enhancements are available today to all users, without installing or updating software. The latest enhancements include:

• Advanced Redaction Stamping: Document reviewers can customize redaction stamping text so that they can provide more detailed and accurate explanations for why information is redacted.
• More Confidentiality Codes: Reviewers can also create customized codes identifying responsive, privileged, and confidential documents, quickly and appropriately coding documents. These codes do not interfere with Bates stamps and can be added to individual documents or to large batches.
• Customizable Grid View: Trial Cloud and Discovery Cloud users can create their own document view template in our Grid View, a streamlined interface for quickly browsing documents. Users can choose the information they want to see and how it should be presented.
