Nextpoint Announces Export Feature Enhancements in Cloud Preservation Product

Latest release of Nextpoint’s Cloud Preservation enhances export features to include single PDF export of multiple documents.

CHICAGO- August 17, 2011

Nextpoint, Inc., the nation’s leading provider of cloud-based regulatory, compliance and litigation software, announces the release of single PDF export of multiple documents in Cloud Preservation, the company’s web and social media archiving service. This latest release enhances existing robust export functionality which includes meta-data, original source files, and search text.

Nextpoint’s Cloud Preservation service—an immediate, on-demand solution that allows users to securely preserve multimedia content from social networking sites, blogs and public-facing websites—has been deployed by corporations, municipalities, law firms and institutions of all kinds to develop a defensible, forensically sound archive of their Internet-based data.

“Cloud Preservation’s export features were developed to provide a simple, flexible and direct output into discovery review,” stated Nextpoint VP of Research & Development Ben Wolf. “Getting relevant data out of an archive in the desired format should be dead-simple and efficient. This latest enhancement makes existing robust export functionality even more so.”
